Profile

I am a Senior at the University of Toledo. I originally became a Communications major because I wanted to be a sports radio broadcaster. In my senior year of high school, I came to a tour of the University undecided, but after seeing what communications had to offer I was hooked. I started calling football and basketball games for the student-run WXUT radio station. After realizing I did not want to do that for a living I started to focus more on writing after discovering my passion for news writing. I am currently a writer for the student-run newspaper The Collegian. I am also working on a minor in marketing and I look forward to graduation in May. I have interned for University of Toledo Athletics in the Communication and Marketing department.
